To secure a booking for a custom cake at Sweet Smile Bakery, you need to make a full payment upfront. This guarantees the reservation of your event date.

Yes, that's totally fine. They will just need to provide the name of the person who placed the order or the order number.

We accept payments through a payment link that we will send after you place your order. You can use your credit or debit card to make the payment.

Not all cakes can be frozen. If your cake doesn't contain fresh fruits, you can freeze it for up to 3 months in an airtight container. To defrost, place the container in the fridge for 2 hours before eating. Never refreeze it. We recommend freezing in small portions. Attention: Never freeze cakes with fresh fruit filling.
